The end of March? Already!

These past few weeks have gone by so quickly. And I haven't much to show for it. But that is the way of life. Working for your self is much different that for some one else. I was always their at least fifteen minutes before I had to be. Now I see things that should be done and put the business of crafting to the side.
So I have a goal for the month of April--
1st is to make a working plan and then stick to it. I will organize my work week so at the end I will have completed projects to post. I get side tracked easily so this will take a lot of effort on my part.
2nd is to get my labels made. I have two ideas pending.

I think that these are reasonable goals to set and concur!

Quilt Show

Sunday was the quilt show out in Monroe. Their are some real talented quilters out their. And hats off to all that put them selves out for public viewing! Just beautiful! Saw several that I wouldn't mind having . Girlfriend commented that I would need a house with a lot more bedrooms to show case all the ones I liked. What can i say I LIKE FABRIC and all things fabric related.
After talking to Nancy Chong I am finally going to get started on a Hawaiian needle turn pillow. Bought fabrics over a year ago in Hawaii just for that purpose. I have had the pattern for over five years!
This week I will get my resale certificate and then start looking into buying my fabric wholesale. I saw some wonderful soft baby flannels at the quilt show but at over 12 dollars a yard you cant price a quilt to cover expenses and make any profit.
Looks like a cold but beautiful day ahead.
Enjoy !

Day 2 of my adventure

Yesterday afternoon I started to design a web site. It will have photos of my quilts and related baby items that will be for sale.  I am still working on it.
Now to finish up a few of my latest creations and get some pictures taken.

Looking forward to a productive day.

I finally did it!

Today I finally made the plunge into Blogger land and created my own. I also applied for my business license. So no turning back now!
